I don't write reviews but I feel compelled to write one today. We don't live in Florida but we have had a home in Boynton Beach in our family for over 40 years. We decided to sell it and needed to have our belongings packed and shipped to us. Due to the pandemic we were not comfortable traveling and needed help to get the job done. We contacted Steve at US Pak N Ship, never having met him or his staff. We only found him by looking on line. Steve owed us no special treatment or consideration. We discussed our situation and he totally took the project over. His people came to the house and packed up the belongings we wanted to be shipped. He arranged for the shipping and we received all items in great shape and in less time than we would have otherwise expected. His pricing was beyond fair (we had priced the job out with 3 other firms) and the packing job was superb! We received our things...furniture and kitchen contents and our personal items...all in excellent condition even though they had made a nearly 2,000 mile trip up north. These guys are great!

I came to your store last August, needing 10 large boxes to be shipped to my home in Los Angeles after my mom had passed away. I’d spent the previous day packing up my mom’s house of all her valuable possessions. If you recall, I was going to the airport just hours later and was in a terrible rush. You opened a few boxes, to see that everything had been properly packed. In my attempt to get everything done before I headed home, I did what I thought was a good enough job, and felt that things were safe.

Once you opened the boxes, it was obvious to me that things would not have arrived in the same condition. There was valuable china, pictures, and many other items, which would have come to me in pieces! You sent me off to have breakfast, while you spent all of that morning helping me repack items properly so that they would arrive in the same condition as I shipped them. You even took a day or two after I had left to continue caring for the items.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated all of your effort and time. You could have accepted the boxes, as they were, and not have said anything, but you didn’t. Your concern and professionalism were refreshing in a world where people tend not to out of their way to help. I just wanted you to know how much that meant to me. In addition to losing my mom, it would have been a tragedy to get home and find that all her possessions, which had great sentimental value were ruined.

Of all the items packed, nothing was broken!! Again, I so appreciate your time and effort and just wanted you to know. I wish you continued success with your business!
